Information Regarding CS:GO

Yes the time has finally come! CS:GO is releasing beta on august 14th to everyone who pre-orders the game right now for $13.49! We have preemptively ordered a GO server as some of us do have the beta and will do what we can to make sure it runs as smooth as possible.

As a few side notes, they updated the beta, the bots now have new voices and say new things! A few background changes/mods have been made, the screen for looking at your score is different now, and the models are also different as well. Not sure of any others because I didn't look into everything but those are the main things I noticed from the start.

I know I really enjoy, I sat down and played for maybe 2hrs yesterday and didn't get annoyed by it at all, it takes a little getting used to but for the most part I think it's going to really draw people back into the group n stuff. Also I didn't notice but they fixed it so that you can have a clan tag now too like the feature in CSS

I just pre purchased the game.
Won't be able to play until the weekend. Wifi at camp is garbage but the job ends on Friday so I'm homeward bound for 2 weeks!

Release in 5 hours! Game feels great in my opinion in beta alone. Will be interesting to see what the final gold release will look like and we can get back to gaming at its finest!

took me a half hour to figure out even with these instructions though cause you for sure need to set your config to read only.
obviously replace with the key you want and with the .vtf real name.
